ECCCS is organizing its second workshop on governance and control, to take place at SKEMA Business School (Sophia-Antipolis, Nice, France) on March 12-13, 2012.
The scientific committee will select eight papers for presentation by doctoral students on March 12. For selected Ph.D. students, registration to the workshop is free of charge, traveling expenses and accommodation will be provided by the organizers. The workshop will also honor the best PhD student paper with the Credit Mutuel Nord Europe award of 1.000 €.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Restructuring techniques
- Corporate governance
- Venture capital
- Private equity
Papers must be submitted in .pdf at marieke.delanghe@skema.edu before November 15, 2011. Decisions will be communicated before December 31, 2011.
